Show Notes

The 1966 shooting rampage by Charles Whitman at The University of Texas at Austin was not only a historic tragedy, but it was a watershed event in the history of the Hogg Foundation. In this episode we hear from two chroniclers of the shooting and its aftermath: Linda Swan-Adkins, fresh out of college and an employee of the foundation at the time the shooting took place, and Dr. William S. Bush, a professor of history at Texas A&M University.
