Dr. Lovell Jones was the first African-American to be made a full professor at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, one of the country's leading cancer treatment and research centers. As a molecular endocrinologist, he has contributed to our understanding of the biology of reproductive cancers. But it's as an outspoken advocate for healthcare equity that he's truly made his mark.
